WHAT ARE OUR ARTWORK SET UP PROCEDURE?
Our standard artwork setup (digitizing your logo for embroidery) is 1-2 business days. Digitizing is a $25 (one time) flat fee for all left chest or cap logos.
All artwork setup for embroidery by EmbroiderybyRayneDazzle, LLC. is the sole property of EmbroiderybyRayneDazzle, LLC. If you hire us to embroider your logo, you are strictly paying for the labor and thought process to setup the artwork for embroidery. Due to proprietary digitizing and embroidery techniques, we do not provide copies of our run files.
WHAT IS OUR TURNAROUND FOR EMBROIDERY?
Please allow 5 - 10 business days from the receipt of goods and artwork approval. For a faster turnaround time and if we can accommodate it in our schedule, a rush charge of $25 will apply. Please email us to inquire availability.
HOW DO WE ENSURE THAT WE WILL GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT?
We provide digital mock up for approvals and they are sent before every order and we ask that you review and return your approval or edit requests ASAP so we do not delay working on your order. Any delay in approval will result in a delay in producing your order.
